No build permissions

I have been registered for 2 days now and I still do not have any build permissions. Am I doing something wrong or can someone help me out here?
Your doing good, the new playersystem isnt compleet yet, currently you need to play 24 hours (not straight).
This time will be reduced to 2 or 3 hours, probably next week
You was probably thinking that you needed to be registerd for a day.
