So, whenever a mob glitches, say a moa, when I warp, and all that happens is that I'm told that nothing can be done. Staff said that this problem would be taken care of in the next update.. about 3 updates ago. This is ridiculous! There was a sign at the old apprentice area that said that if a moa was lost because of a glitch, you would be refunded. I have lost multiple moas because of this glitch, and I have been told that it is too rare, but it always happens to me. I've coped with it, but today, I lost my black moa that I paid a lot for, and nothing was done! At least give people an egg or something, not just leave them!

EDIT: Last time I was on, my house that was full of mooshrooms and cows was empty. There was no way they could escape. If this was a lag reducing, fine. But I want to be informed. Until this disappearing mob glitch, you will only see me on vanilla severs.

You need proof. Record yourself losing the moa next time and get the egg back. Also, don't ride black moas untill the bug is fixed, I don't know how hard that is to understand.

If it is a replicable glitch and you can prove it to a staff member then you can get your Moa refunded.

Also, how can you PROVE that a moa has died when it is dead? It doesn't leave a dead body or anything...

I can't provide anything truly useful here, but if you're concerned about losing a moa, you can always make a warp where you are and then warp. You can delete the warp afterwards

Anyways, I'm sure you can understand the staff's situation here, there's no real way to identify who had a moa and when, there's no hawkeye listing of riding/exiting moas, or something like that. If it really worked like that, just saying you lot a moa and getting it refunded, then we all know that system would be abused instantly

Thats not the point we're trying to make. By "prove" that you lost the moa, we mean explain to a staff member and show them exactly what you did. If the moa disappears when you do it, then you can get a refund.

ok heres my evidence: server crashed right when the greycliff got added. When it went back up my moas were all dead except for one of the two black moas I had. I asked handy for refund and i got BS about how the glitch doesnt exist. That was a long time ago. It turns out that update is when the glitch came along. Not trying to be annoying or anything but the glitch really needs to be fixed. Its been three updates and its the longest surviving glitch that i know of. This is an "SOS" to nide saying Please fix the glitch! it would be great to know that i can use my 10k worth moa without losing it due to glitch. Whats the point of having one when you cant use it :/. I have to agree with crasher although you can get proof with pictures. I take pictures whenever i use my moa now XD.

The glitch you are talking about was fixed a long time ago. Theres a new one that noone has yet to explain i think.
