forgot pass on chest!!

My friend falconslade messed up the pass on his chest. He probably mispelled it when he set it and now he can't find it. Can an admin help him unlock his chest?
Also, alot of people wanted to get whitelisted. One of them, Bopsjack, told me if I can make a forum post for him to ask if he can get whitelisted.
