Planning to sell my things.

So I'm planning to sell my house with everything inside of it. This way, if I ever do happen to come back to CraftLand [which I probably will], I'll have loads of money to start a new life with, considering most of the people I know will be gone.
I'll keep my shop and such, so that I can still make money fast though.
These are the valuable contents of my house that I can remember:
-The house (obviously) you can see at /warp Shadow Manor .
-Chest full of every type of armor that existed in the time I played (including Valkyrie)
-Chest filled up with minerals including diamonds, gold, emeralds and every other existing mineral.
-Special belongings such as my alcohol, hats, unique weapons and tools, etc.
-2 chests full of level 30 enchanted items (mostly tools, some armor)
-Bronze, silver and gold dungeon loot chests
-Hard-to-obtain blocks such as plasma and green aerclouds, Greycliff dungeon bricks, pillars, etc.
-Chests of tools and armor including diamond, obsidian, dungeon armor (not the same as the first chest of armor I mentioned, that chest was for collecting the armor, this chest is for even more armor)
-Spawners
-My amazing lawn including orange and blueberry plants, a trampoline, and some elusive Gertrudian Fungi that was generously gifted by woot000.
There are probably much more valuable items that I forgot to list. I will be checking to see if I missed anything. Also, unfortunately, my basement belongs to Term, and though my region spreads into it, I ask that you do not ruin it, because I would like it to be in memory of him. I may get my region altered later.
The auction has not started yet, but if you want my place, you had better start saving your money, because I expect a lot of people want it. (Not to be cocky)
