Is there a specific list of biomes or a specific Y level at which greycliff dungeons are located?

I ask this because, sometimes I notice that there are two or three greycliff dungeons near each other, and sometimes inside each other.

Logically thinking, out of all the places in the world, the second dungeon had to spawn near the first one.

A reasonable explanation would be that greycliff dungeons spawn only in a certain biome, and there are limited amounts of that biome, so some dungeons spawn close to each other.

What is there to say about something that is randomly generated?
It is random, it can be anywhere
