After all its still the lack of memory that causes the lag:

Memory usage when no lag:

Too make it short: When there was lag the server only had around 300 kilobytes of free memory available.
Edit: It had 300 MB free. but it started swapping data out on hard disk

I will order an upgrade to 32GB next week.

wait, im confused, did he already upgrade? cause i have noticed a lag reduction.
and if it already has, thx and good job, us players will keep up the donations

This was posted over 3 weeks ago, he mentioned the server will be upgraded the week after, so yes it is already been dealt with.
