Hey I'm an old player of Craftland from the UK, I seem to be quite popular on the server so i decided to make this. I am not expecting this to be accepted but hey, its worth a shot.
Im Ham, as you know, I have recently started to try and play Every day, and help as many newbies as i can. I have also recently given away a lot of diamonds and hoping to see players be more respectful to eachother. I have never griefed, but i have been banned once on Craftland for Spam ( Not the thing where you press your chat button and constantly say the same thing, i put 'WHOOOOOOOO').
Im planning on making some 'Events', which will be revealed soon.
Kthxcyabai. (LOL)
Ham.

Woohoo great another mod application...
Im getting kinda tired of you guys trying to become a mod/admin.
You all know that when a mod is needed we pick one or ask for recommendations.
Since this isn't the case, NO.
Also giving away stuff is not the way to earn respect.
As I had said this on this topics before, you will only let others down, since you can't provide everyone of there needs.
And if you try, you will only spoil the game and get them leaving earlier.
Games are meant to have a challenge, not getting free stuff for the heck of it.

That there is nothing happening on the mod forum doesn't mean that there is a new mod needed...
And if you think there is one needed, then push it on, not keep it at a suggestion.

Hey, Handy, I understand it can get annoying, but...
No offense, but you COULD be a bit nicer. The guy was just giving it a shot.
Just sayin.

Yes, we need more mods, NO, you should not make a public post about it. If you REALLY wan't to ask, msg Nide, or Handyman. You don't need to make a public topic about it. Even then, like Handy said, asking is generally a bad idea. Staff usually finds groups of people we like and vote.
Thanks for showing support for the server and stuff though.

Killgun, what is there not nice about what I said? You can read text on many different ways and you probably see it as a text with hate, but look at it again, it is not with hate.

Blackjack -
I don't see anything wrong with a public post. If you don't want to read it, because we don't yet need one, then don't read it. No need to put someone down just because they thought, why not try. Infact, I told them that if they wanted to aim for staff, they had to try themselves. I didn't give specifics - They way someone handles something like this can help assess how they handle something else.

Blobby-
It is good to inform about something if they are asking for something. Also as what I had mentioned, we will ask when it is needed and can consider it ourselfs. Also keep a notice on the mod forum, there is stuff like this being taken care of. If you are not sure what do if people ask what to do, ask it on the mod forum.

I don't think you quite understand.
These people aspired. One does not even have the possibility to achieve such dreams if one doesn't try.
Telling them "No, we choose, you go back and sit in the cage", doesn't benefit anyone.
