The voting system may work like this:
Everyone gets 1 vote
Obviously, most votes on 1 video = first place, second most = second, and so on
In the case of a tie, staff decides winners

I was thing it would be a vote on the forum, but as soon as another option is added it resets all the votes, so the voteing time may need to change if we decide to do it that way.
