Just out of curiosity, why was this overlooked?

No idea, but let's face it. I'm not confirming or denying anything, but it seems like it'll be a staff vote, and not worth adding because of that.
It would probably be odd to add, and honestly, there's around 3 days left, not enough to gain enough votes to win

I understand the cheating with people voting 1 star for others and 5 for others so that they win.
I believe that the people who enter late should be banned from the contest because their average can be changed easily as there is less votes.
They could have 15 votes of 3 stars and 1 vote of 5 can change it by 0.125 where as the older videos with 45 votes of 3 will only change by 0.04 which is really low.

Yeah. Also I am glad the staff may actually step in and vote. Whatever the outcome of the staff votes are, I will be glad just because the right thing has been done.
