Staff Improvements Statement Was Never Release

When is the staff going to make a statement about the things brought up in the now locked "Staff Improvements" post? It has been several months and the things that were brought up are still valid points. The individuals that did post a reply were hoping that by doing so, the staff would open their eyes to the concerns of players and ways to improve as a whole. You asked for ideas to help the server, and a good start would be getting a relationship with the player base again.
