transfer to new account help

hello parkedcarXx here, and i am planning on getting a new account this weekend! Since everything i have on craftland is on this account i was wondering if i will be able to transfer every item i own, every achievement iv'e gotten and all the time iv'e spent online to my new account. But i don't know how to or if its possible if you can PLZ help me with this -Parked Out!

We can help with everything except for the playtime/achievements.
