How would one get an rgb name?

Everyone has them, it's just the same colour as it was before.

- Fixed silktouch on enderchests

I reported them !

Pfftttt I found the wool thing after it was out for about 5 seconds lol

EDIT: actually, we knew about it before it was even released :p

I've also known about it for a while, just no one would let me report it because they were aware of the issue already.
