Rollback? 10-24-12

Not sure what else to call this, sorry if my terminology is wrong. Anyway,I placed items in a few chests then logged out and logged back in later and those items were gone. It happened twice actually and the first time I noticed right away (didn't lose too much) so I took screen captures of all my stuff, prior to the "rollback" (if that's what you call it).
So I was wondering if I supply the screen captures of the items lost can an admin look at my logs and the pictures I took and give me my lost items back? Lost dungeon armor, enchanted zanite armor, and more. I understand if this is an unfair or impossible request by the admins but it's worth a shot!
