So i recently tried to sell repaired valkyrie boots and capes but i cant sell them

I don't know what you mean with this. Why wouldn't you be able to sell something that is fully repaired?
Where are you trying to sell it?
If its a normal shop chest maybe consider to lower the price?

More information? Chest shop you went to, screenshot while holding F3 over the item? Same for in your inventory. I didnt think shopchests used NBT data, but they might.

Mo Hut i tried at Another Shop 2 and it didnt Worked. Also it doesnt allow me to sell it (for the shopchest i Dont have the item ) normally it says after clicking the sell button that the owner doesnt have enough money

I assume the repair cost on the 2 items is different. We have talked about players being able to toggle that option, but your items would most likely cost more to repair then the ones he is buying, and that player may not want that since it would be less valuable.
