The new helpers, like hades and digitaldevil (?) are online on the server but are not helping players like calitheelf who needed a region.
I tried to talk to randoro who is playing Goldrush But he isnt answering either.

I think this is a problem.

The helpers are on to help players who NEED help!

Don't know the situation with Hades and Digi, but, I have seen MULTIPLE times that staff won't leave goldrush to make regions. That is ridiculous. If you can't take 2 seconds out of your little game to do your JOB, you don't deserve it. End of story.

"Tried talking to randoro", I was already handling it in the nether (and it was invalid, no theft against rules). Also you never contacted me about this in PM, and If you wrote in global about it I probably missed it, being busy with sorting out the actual situation.

Pretty much agree with Chance.

I haven't done the arena or gold rush in months, so I'm generally more available.

If you see that I'm not replying to you in global, I might simply be afk (I generally don't announce when I'm going afk), and you should PM me if I don't respond in global.

How could you?! But seriously there is a reason why I don't ask certain helpers cause I don't see them actual helping, I only see players who wanted to rank up very badly and some of them did actually get there beloved rank.

So I would to see a new rank: "Wannabe staff" for helpers who aren't helping...

When I was helper I did goldrush too but I keeput an eye on the global chat all the time. And one time there was someone that needed Help and I left mining and helped them.

I made my job. And I got demoted for doing wrong I know that. But seriously people.

Lol, the countless times people said my name bc I was the most active staff online and while helping nearly 10 hours a day ppl complained bc I did one goldrush <3

You are mistaken, either honestly or just lying because you are salty.

Also remember that the playerlist in mining world chat sometimes still show players that left, or at least it used to.

Aren't staff allowed to do goldrushes and other events or something? Honestly unless its VERY urgent, you can just wait till the goldrush is over and ask the staff member again 20 minutes later, or ask another staff if they are on. It's not like they get paid for the job..
Thats my opinion anyway, when I need a staff member and they happen to be busy, I just wait my turn.
