Problem: Unwanted Warp

Strikersniper25 made a warp just out of my region. He used this to warp to my house many times. I cannot tell you how frustrating it's been to turn around from sorting and see his avatar just standing there. I have told him to stop, and he hasn't. Later, I threatened to get his warp area regioned, and in response, he made a small hut in a different location, that was regioned. This cemented his 1-way portal to my house. I've gotten the help of staff, and he stopped temporarily. Then, he came back. Now, I'm rather annoyed, because he's defying staff and not listening to the region owner [me]. I'd like the warp removed, and possibly even his ban. If not, then I would like the hut/ shack/ eyesore regioned in my name, because his constant warping into my house is the most infuriating thing.

He said it's just outside of the region; did you not read?

Since it's probably not gonna get removed, let a helper make your region a bit larger so you can remove it anyways... I personaly think some regions should have a blockade with them so people can't just walk in whenever they want..
