How many times are we going to be promised a fix, and not get it?

Also, premines? What can be done about this unfair strategy? Maybe something like if the natural stone around the ore has already been mined previously, you get no points?

Pickaxes are going to be unrepairable at some point, since repaircost increases no matter what, like villagers it's going to be more expensive over time.
Villagers weren't removed, just made stupidly expensive to get another trade, pickaxes WILL BE GONE FOREVER, just give it enough time and stop complaining about it.

If you don't wanna spend 30 to 60 minutes Premining to have the opportunity to win ONCE, then just live with it. It's your fault for not investing time.

EDIT: Every single Person on the whole Server could win, since premining isn't something only a few People can do, it's something everyone is able to do.
Why would you want to remove a possibility of a legit way to win?

Eh i would call it irony or karma or what have you. Either way all tools will expire eventually now. Im assuming this post is bc I beat Rubino in goldrush with under 10 mins left.#predigginCuzIdontwanalosemyfavetoy... Srsly tho that win was done with you guessed it!! EFF X! diamond.. oh ye diamond nvm. Also even if something was done to limit predigging, how would you deal with people teaming? If you want to win do everything in your power to win, it would make goldrush a hell of a lot more exciting for me.

This is like saying, don't use Sharpness IX and Strength IV in Arena...
If you have better Equipment and Patience than others then why not use that to win?

Your allowed to use efficent 10 Spectral picks? If i knew that back when you could add OP Books to the picks I would of added efficent 10 and unbreaking 10 to mine I got one with Unbreaking 8 but i never added efficency to it as i thought that would be cheating
