2 Problems I Have!

Hey I just made this for two problems I have 1. One of my friends, Luxray, tried to donate for me to give me premium 1 but for some weird reason he can't donate for me for no reason and everyone else can donate 2. My neighbor, BeastyBoy123, is trying to add his account to my launcher so I can go online on his account and play but it keeps saying "this account could not be found" please help with this

1. If you mean nothing is happening when he clicks donate button try allowing popups on the website, I had that problem once. If you mean that he completes the forms etc. but nothing is happening, maybe admins can help you.
2. If he is using a mojang account (and not a minecraft account) you need his email +password to login.
