Destroyer282828 asked me to come check a problem, he got a piston that wasnt working properly.
he got the redstone correct, everything looked good. The problem was that the piston wasnt retracting.
Anyone knows about this problem or how it can be fixed?

Something closeby is still powering the piston, or its a bug

Or Pistons are set to false in the region

Sorry for the late reply,
I checked the pistons in the region settings and they where untouched. So nothing was wrong. I changed all the redstone for the pistons myself and checked the surrounding area and there where no other redstone powered things nearby. So I guess its a bug.

hey Fluffy i had the same problem already several times but i thought i did something wrong. the pistons work fine if you power them on the bottom. but if you power the part that contacts out it wont contract back. finally someone else got the problem i thought it was me

That's a minecraft feature, don't think its a bug. It might mess up a bunch of redstone builds to remove it, so I think it shouldn't be done.
