You can try to justify it. I'm not upset about it. It's just really funny.
PS> Pet was lying that it was suppose to be a PM...He was on TS at the time.

How is someone cursing out a staff member and them getting banned biased? If you have to curse out one of the people that dedicate many hours on this server coding things for players too enjoy, then you deserve a ban because you obviously don't appreciate the work they have done and you don't care about it. Now for the person who said that to Nozy, we weren't aware he said something because we are focused on the thing that was said in caps and we didn't know about it till the day after. We aren't going to ban someone for saying that if it didn't happen that day.

Players deserve to be respected and to be treated equally too, or this server will quickly become unpopular. Just because some staff work for the server, doesn't mean that said person has to be treated different than the others. If a staff that is working on the server, e.g making mods, were to shout out some offensive words to an innocent player in the global chat, you should take care of the staff that did that. Perhaps take it to consideration to demote or ban him/her.
Maybe Nozy shouldn't have said that, but saying that the staff is better on so many levels is just so wrong.
Treat people equally, wether if it's a higher ranked being, e.g addict or mod, or a newcomer.

Well, lets put this in perspective. I do agree that normal players should be respected more, as much as the staff is, but I disagree with one small detail. I don't agree with respecting the Staff any less. Imagine you are in the city and scream "F#%^ you!" To somebody. You do warrent getting a jab to the face. But if you say that to a cop, you could be arrested or charged, as they deserve levels of respect. I am not just talking about police, the same goes to your boss, your employer, government. You have to not just show respect to other players/citizens but also show respect to authority and generaly anyone with authority no matter where on the corperate/government/authority/staff ladder.

No one said anything about respecting players more than staff. No one said anything about respecting Staff any less.
Firstly, Police can't do anything to you if you tell them to 'go away', unless you committed a crime already. They are not above the law and neither can they use profanity to you as well. Second, Government doesn't have power over citizens otherwise I would of been preparing for a revolution and not playing Craftland. Third, the staff members are not my boss nor my employers.
As for respect... I don't 'have' to give anyone my respect just because they have a title, and I expect those who disrespect me get the same treatment regardless of my title. My philosophy is that respect is earned, not given.

Lets base this in real life, If a famous person died, it'd be all over the news, if caity died, it wouldn't, its everywhere...
