No Citizen

I've been playing in this server for 3+ hours and still didn't get the citizen achievement, of which only a max of 15 was afk. This server is awesome and I want to build wit my friends but can't. :(

Update, apparently i can build but i can't find the achievement.

the achievement is called Welcome crafltandian, not citizen, this is for 24 hours of gametime
