Permission/rank questions

Hi there, I'm fairly new and I'm 200% sure there's something explaining this to me somewhere in the forums but honestly I'm too silly to find it myself.

What rank do I have to be in order to use the teleport command, use gates, and so on? The server tells me that I don't have permission for it.
Have I failed to find some sort of application for rank/permission to use these features?

You need to be at least VIP to use teleport, bridges etc. Get this by playing for a total of 24 hours, or by getting mentored by a older player.
