cant see chat!

so I have this problem that whenever I type in chat, I cant see my oun chat, or the chat of others, however, I can see the little chat bubble above their head. does anyone know how to help me with this?

Does the chat window come up at all? Is it possible that you just resized it very small?
Can you send a screenshot of what you see when you press T (or what your chat button is)

well, I can see the chat thing, I just cant see other peoples chat, and my oun
