Please Help!

Ok like I said my black my vanished I then made another I teleported to my storage to keep it there as soon as I got there it vanished again thats 2 black moas now this needs to be fixed because I can't get another until it is and I have already lost 2 black moas in the last 2 days.

No, we can't refund it unless you can prove you lost it from a reproducible bug

Maybe a tamed moa GUI would help. Or even just moa logs.

The problem is they are despawning from a bug, it's hard to log something that we don't know why it's happening

Well It was because of a warp that it seemed to have vanished why would I waste my time and lie

Best thing to do: do not use known moa bug warps. Allow players to mark warps in the GUI that have caused the bug, so others can avoid warping there with a moa.

It's not 100% of the time you lose your Moa, it's better if nide knows why so he can fix it
