Is there any way to abandon this username? I updated mine a while back and now my color is black and remains unchanged, even when I make new posts. Just curious, and thank you for reading.

Hmm, thats how my name updated(It has a capital at the start ). Make sure you fully log out of your account on the website

try refreshing your forum page, like click the refresh button?
