I Don't think age should matter on helper applications, Only your intelligence on things should matter. I hope you consider this even know it's not much. I know I will NEVER get Helper because I lied in my helper application about my age. Comment about what you think about this!

I think age should matter. The age requirement, I think, is for maturity and how effective one can handle a situation with out getting rude, lazy, and offended.

I've met a very mature 10 year old in my whole gaming life, which I started at the age of 7 (10 years ago), which concludes most gamers (and even non gamers) below 11 to 13 are (very) immature, the other ones are very rare. Most of them would also not be able to handle the job as a staff, in my opinion. Of course, there's always (a few) exceptions.

For me to dissagree with this would be very selfish because when I first got moderator and admin I was below the age requirement for both of them(14 at time), but at the time there was no application forum/process. If someone is extremely mature we most likely will look past the age problem, but it would have to be they act more mature 100% of the time, not just when they want to.

In all honesty, there CAN be people that are mature at that age. It is highly unlikely though. I've only met one those once. He was 11 years old, a moderator of a server I used to play on. He is very mature, and can deal with people. He is probably one in 1,000. I don't really think that any of those 1,000 eleven year olds that are actually responsible and can deal with players are playing craftland.

Agreed.

The age limit is meant to be the bare minimum, to show what maturity level is required to become a member of the staff team. A few pandas, and I played on a Gary's Mod server, DarkRP, where players have the ability to purchase staff ranks. As you could imagine, things are close to unbearable. But as Chance said, there are very few who can handle the power at a younger age (x<13). Maturity (usually) comes with age, but in reality, the possibilities are endless.

I honestly think 13 is too young. I'd say at least 14, if not 15

I think age limits are stupid.

If that we're the case, lots of people can kiss their ranks goodbye. 13 is a good age.
