Nicknames

I asked VepaS to change my nickname to 'Chaotic' one morning. When I got back on in the afternoon my name was reset back so I had to ask Lisa to change it back again. Also it doesn't show on the forums. Why does it keep on resetting?
Edit: Now its back to my old name again Dx
