Cows with dry Utters
Cows aren't giving milk when right clicked with buckets for some reason. If this can be fixed, then may spongy and moist cake be with you.

I know that cows and pandas are two very different mobs, but anyhow pandas can be milked as well (not affected by this bug) to supply for your spongy and moist cake.
