Sentry Boots

I see Rob's npc at Suntopia has Sentry Boots. I don't see how these are allowed to be on "Valkyrie Mooshroom" since the vote shop isn't even open.

mod or not, the NPC can only be spawned by an admin, who also would had given that NPC the armor that it is wearing.

He bought a the cape yesterday, I don't know if it was there before yesterday or not.

NPC logging is in place now, I just don't know the URL to view the logs.

That was because mooshroom wanted to make the skin for the NPC selling Valkyrie armor.
