Villager Zombies Despawning

With the new limited life time for mobs spawned from spawners, when converting a spawned villager zombie into a villager, it fails because while converting it dies before it has completely transformed into a villager.

I wasn't completely sure if it would be considered a bug so I posted it here, next time I'll go straight to bugs.
