Freezing

I have the jar version of craftland on my mac. My mac can handle normal minecraft on full power. I lowered everything and disbled tons of things and every 5 seconds my game freezes. What do I do?

What are the specs on your Mac, e.g., the processor, RAM, etc.

I tried the things on the issue wiki it didn't work.
My mac Processor is a 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
My Memory/Ram is 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3

You generally shouldn't be having much of a problem, an Intel Core 2 isn't...Good, but it isn't bad.
