ok when i was makeing my mod pack i came across a file that said: Wither armor. i just wanted to make sure that this was a real type of armor, thanks for replying

Probably the shield that the wither mod has when you're fighting it. And not a shield like the equipment, it's not an item.

That's the armor that comes when you drop it past health and makes it immune to arrows, in fact...
