Donating problem

Im trying to get unbanned from the server by donating but its saying "We were unable to verify this credit card. Please check if the information you entered is correct. If the problem persists, please try to enter a different credit card." Im using a visa gift card. If there is any real reason this is happening please let me know.Thank you.

We are not responsible for problems with paypal, so contact them or your bank about it.
Could be that the card if blocked.

paypal does not accept visa gift cards

I would suggest trading it to a friend or relative for hard cash
