Server Update Updates

Hey, I wasn't quite sure where to put this, but I was wondering if there was a twitter or some such update feed for when the server will be updated? I know that it takes a long time to get all the mods and plug ins to update to be compatible with the newest version of minecraft, so it would be nice if there were an easy way to check the server status outside of pulling up minecraft and trying to log in. I guess this could be a suggestion or a problem. Anyways, thanks!

I hope you understand that Nidefawl's ability to update tthe server relies heavily on how fast all the plugins for the server get updated by bukkit and others so demanding an update be done by a short time is not possible. It is cool that you love the server and want to play, but please be considerate as Nidefawl works hard to change and improve the server. It takes time and Nidefawl will try to get it updated when he can.

black dragon how comes it says that 3 people are online??? i thought that no one would be able to connect to the server if it needed updating. or is that a glitch
?

Yes I believe so. Usually when the server is down, it shows no one on or shows the last few people that were on the server prior to the crash or downtime. It will take a while for the server to get updated because all the plugins used for the server have to get updated and that takes a while before you can even think about updating the server, so please be patient. There must be something else you can do than play minecraft on this server for a while.

Fixed most plugins and got a testserver up at craftland.org:25560
Protections are not working yet and the chunk loading order is broker.
Both are Bukkit bugs. When this is fixed I'll switch to 1.3!
