Example: First death = Instant Respawn, 2nd Death = 5 Seconds, 3rd Death = 30 secs, 4th Death = 50 secs, 5th death = 1 min, 6th death = 1:30 mins 7th death = 3 minutes, 8th death = 5 minutes and stays 5 minutes for the rest of the deaths until the 30 min timer is up to restart the death timer back to 1 death which is instant.
This seems like a good idea to counter the problem of bosses healing up, altough I think the timer should cap at around one minute, that should give other players enough time to make up for the amount of healing the boss does.
The real problem though in my opinion are splash potions of invisibility, having 8-10 level 10 butlers with perfect diamond armour that are invisible is a pain in the ass, and if someone really wanted to they could make the vampire boss last an hour+.
I think an easy fix for this would be to make the butlers immune to potion effects.

Or just give the players who are doing this a warning, and if they keep doing it, ban them from the Arena for a certain amount of time. If the problem keeps going on, ban them entirely from the Arena. Just because a select group of individuals are doing something, it doesn't mean that everyone has to suffer imo.
