Epic had the same problem, all need to do is updating your graphics drivers.

Update and upgrade are two different things. With updating as I said I mean that the drivers are outdated.Upgrading means new hardware, but I can't recall that I said such a thing for serious reasons.

Yeah, just hunted through my old posts, I was mistaken, it was actually blob telling me to update, not you telling me to upgrade.
Oops. How do I update, anyway? It seems to not be automatic.

Well if you're having this same problem:
start -> control panel -> device management
Then click the + at display adapters, right click the adapter that is in there and click properties.
Then select the tab driver and click the button update.
Select the option search automatically for updated driver software.
It will then search and update the driver, a reboot is required when finished.
-Note-
1. Some of these names of tabs/buttons may differ because my OS isn't English.
2. This is the way I used to update the drivers of Epic, its an easy way if you don't even know what you got in your PC or not being able to find the right drivers.

Adding onto what Handy said, Windows "Update" for drivers tends to install a very basic driver just to have it work with your monitor and such properly. If its quick to download, or small, then actually find your drivers online.
I'd personally grab your Drivers from here, presuming your using integrated.
http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect/graphics" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Uninstall the installed drivers from Device Manager, restart, install the new ones, and then restart again if required.

When I tried to fix it for Epic it didn't go that well by searching it automatically or looking for the driver itself.
It can differ per PC, but the I described is not the very basic drivers, it does find the good ones too.

When I had this problem, I just hit the "Reset Config" button in settings, and then I rebooted my CPU, and gave it the right amount of memory.
Craftland was then fixed.
