killing with fire glitch

I found a glitch to where anyone outside pvp can still get lit on fire by fire aspect swords and fire bows. I first figured this out when brettboy1999 shot me with a fire bow trying to kill me in a shop and i could tell he already knew and was abusing this. I would much appreciate if you fixed this

yep in the public grinder a guy started to shoot me with pheninix bow to get me out

Pretty sure this problem has gotten very prevalent in other public servers (though with fire aspect weps, not pheonix obviously). May actually be an easy fix because of pre-written mods, and nidefawl may have already written it into the next update.

This bug has been fixed before, it seems to be that it has been added again (accidently)..

When I fixed fire aspect and updated the arrows code I broke it.

Its already fixed for burning arrows on the testserver. I did not try fire aspect yet
