Drops Dissapearing(Important!)

Me and some friends were fighting a silv dungeon boss, we had all died and we came back to get our items...THEY WERE GONE! we looked all over and our items somehow dissapeared, i already talked to lanngreen about this. i had lost full gravitite gear and a gravitite pick, the friends i will list, ask them what they lost

Would it be possible they fell through the floor into the other world?
