End of Stream error

How do I fix the end of stream error? It is happening like 10 seconds after i login making the game unplayable. Plz help!!!! :cry:

Do you have any antivirus on your computer that may be terminating the network connection?

Actually I think it might be this program i have called k9 web protection that might be causing this. I think i should uninstall it right?

Uninstalling it may not be the best option if it is your anti-virus. See if you can add an exception somewhere and see if it runs then
