Lag...whats keeping me from playin on the server anymore.

Lately the server has been really laggy. Im going to name some of the things that bother me the most:

1. when i swing at the mobs, it takes like 3 seconds for them to actually start getting hurt.
2. When mobs chase after me, they walk really slow!
3. When i use my parachute it bugs and i fall out of the aether and get killed. my golden parachute dies off fast also.
4. When i ride a MOA, it lags big time, When i jump, i like freeze in mid air, and slowely lag down.
5. At night, 90% of the time, no mobs spawn nearby
6. The server wasn't this bad when i started playing it...what happend!?

The lagg is mostly your connection to the server.
Moas always have been laggy to fly
Mobspawning is indeed very low, may be fixed next update (not the first time this had happend)
