Shaders not working on Intel graphics cards

Hello, I have an Intel 4600 graphics and while playing CraftLand I tried to use shaders but received an error "shaders is not supported on your system, please update your graphics card". I know this is a lie because I play other games via Steam such as Rage, Dota 2, Warframe, Assassin's Creed Black Flag and more. Is there any solution to this problem?

Shaders doesn't support shaders on intel chip set graphics.
