Ok, On 10/3/13 I Found This Bug Where Like If I Hold A Orange In F5 It's A Dart Shooter, With A Nature Staff It Was A Skyroot Bukkit In F5. This Is Just A Weird Bug. :|

Are you using a texture pack? If so, update it.
