Lot of lags

I wanted to know why are there a lot of lags today, are you modifying something on the server ?
Nide, are you going to buy a new server ? Better than this ? I know it will be more expensive, but i'm ok to a make good donation

i think it mostly connection lag is.
Buying a newer server would cost to much, i heard he didn't had that much anymore and he is already using a huge one.
He could take a look at the newest snapshot of minecraft, it haves a better performance, and apply this to the server.
