Two Little Suggestions

1: Allow /advertise to advertise forum posts. Warp name is replaced with forum title, or possibly a message of choice in the command. Works like /forum
2: Have Ice Ring work more like Frost Walker from Vanilla Minecraft

I like #1,
I HATE #2. I use my ice ring to MINE ice. It's how I get my ice, and if it works like frost walker the ice isn't minable and i'm screwed, i'd have to find my own ice lakes/rivers.
