Language select for new players.

Language select for new players.

I was thinking that if a new player joined the server there could be a GUI that pops up with the rules with a second step and that is to select their language, When they pick German for example they will automatic be logged on with that language channel set on the side.

Well if needed I can with some help of other dutch players to translate the gui and rules
