A Command for certain players with Caps problems.

A command a player can enable to stop them from typing in caps even with their caps lock on, this is good for people who want to feel safe and for players who got something wrong with their keyboard, this morning frosts caps lock was inverted he said so he had a problem today.

i like this ik from other servers i played on they had something like that but The problem was with it if you had inverted caps you couldn't say anything because there was a caps limit in a msg or you got a msg in chat to mutch caps.

I know this may help in some cases, but I think the main problem is people not proofreading before they hit send, or seeing they wrote in caps and just ignore it.
