Re: Update of the Wiki
I believe you can edit the wiki if you register. I too find it out of date and I also dislike seeing vanilla content posted on the wiki as well. It can be confusing sometimes.

Re: Update of the Wiki
Er... ok? I spend about a week straight updating a lot of stuff about a month ago, and bearly made it though most of the stuff.
I think its pretty up to date. Taking a glace at it, theres not that many missing pages or WIP pages. The pages that are currently WIP are ones that require a tonne of work to actually be useful in the slightest, and I personally dont have the time right now, with school and such to spend hours and hours writing stuff on a single page that maybe 10 people will read in the next year.
As Jovan said, anyone can register and update things on the wiki theirselves(infact I think it may auto-register you, dont quote me on that though)
As for the vanilla content, im going to take a guess and say 50%+ of the pages on the wiki are from vanilla content. Most are functionally identical to vanilla, so why should we not just use the vanilla minecraft wiki? I went and deleted a tonne of pages and fixed the redirects to the vanilla wiki on most items that are identical, and left the some in WIP mode.
If a list could be made of obviously out of date pages(or you could update them yourself?) could be made, I could create a forum post or something similar to get a small group of players willing to update a few pages each, then massive pages we could get done faster.

You can't "register" You are just automatically logged in when you login to the website.pig001 wrote: As Jovan said, anyone can register and update things on the wiki theirselves(infact I think it may auto-register you, dont quote me on that though)

Re: Update of the Wiki
I like the idea of getting a small group working on the wiki. I will most certainly like to contribute, I just don't know where to start really and because I don't want to bump on other peoples projects on the wiki.

Re: Update of the Wiki
There aren't really any current projects for people working on the wiki there have been a few changes in the past month but mostly minor http://wiki.craftland.org/w/index.php?t ... s=30&from=" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;Jovaniph wrote:I like the idea of getting a small group working on the wiki.
