Warp list

hey, if you are owner of a Region it would be nice to be able to a list of all warps that are in that Region.
this helps to find other Players not being part of the Region warps and to delete them.

I agree i'm pretty sure there are 10-15 warps in my region that are not mine but i can never seem to find them. +1.
