Ive been testing a lot of stuff lately, including new bows and many other bits and pieces. I could create more powerful bows, that cant be enchanted with infinity but have the ability to use a quiver.
I need a bow that switches automatically to a melee weapon of the same sort when attacking with it like hitting in melee ranged combat.
Longbow with increased range and heavier arrows which can be stored in a quiver and do more damage. The arrowheads can be zircon or some jewel, maybe?
Arrow that can lock on to a target like a homing missle and you can be the arrow and hit the target by flying the arrow. Crafting with flint, skyrootstick and golden feather.
Dynamite Arrow which is a tnt, blazerod and feather.
Explosive homing arrow = tnt, blazerod and golden feather.
Onyxbow = shoots void arrows like the target gets ported into the void
Onyxarrow = onyx, skyrootstick, goldenfeather
Enderbow whatever got hit by it gets teleported random for 1000 blocks
Enderarrow = eye of ender, sticks, golden feather
Eggbow = whatever hit gets caught in a spawnegg
Eggarrow = emtpyspawnegg, blazerod, golden feather = 3 arrows
Cobwebbow = whatever shot gets stuck on the ground for 7 sec and can not use tp
Cobwebarrow = Cobweb, skyrootsticks, feathers
Inentoryswitcher = whoever gets hit from it changes full inventory with the archer (if a nonpremium hits a premium with a full inventory the items switched are random until the inventory of the nonpremium is full)
Stealerarrow = Enderpearl, Turmalin, citrine, blazerod, goldenfeather
SniperBow = the arrow will no longer fly a curve it will go in a straight line (normal bow plus a dartshooter as recipe)
Scope = multiple zoom (especially for longbow and sniperbow, maybe even a sniperlongbow)
Maybe the bowthing can be like an upgrade, you need to settle with a basic bow and can then upgrade for once with another bowtype?

Quickshot = bow that shoots arrows in twice the speed as normal
Bullseye = very expensive bow shows the ankle how to fire with an arrow to hit target
Bow that shoots arrow which pass throuh blocks and hit the player behind the block maybe with different upgrades like one block, two blocks, three, etc.
Might be a thing as upgrade for all bows.
BeagleProbe = Arrow = player hit by this will not realize any effect if he did not see that he got hit he cannot notice = arrow will send a signal on the minimap like radar where this player will be for the next 15 minutes
Spawnarrows = Spawneggof any kind on an arrow makes the entity spawn where the arrow hits whatever it is like you would normally spawn in an entity.
