I think it would be very cool to have a Like/Dislike button for warps on the warp list.
The more likes a warp got the higher it would be on the list.
You could also add possible achivements to this system. EX. Get 10 Likes on your warp.
It would be really nice to see this put into craftland.

This could also help new players as well. They need to find for example a Grinder. They type in grinder and the top warp is everyone's "favorite" warp to go to.

I remember this was discussed in chat, the problem was that the database would get clogged up with so much likes and dislikes, considering there is thousands of warps, possibly slowing down its response time or whatever.
